NOn July 14, 2023, leaders of University of Technology and Education (UTE) - The University of Danang had a working session with leaders of Universal Alloy Corporation (UAC).
Attending the meeting on the part of UAC Company were: Mr. John Daniels - General Technical Director of Montana Aerospace Industries; Ms. Vicky Welvaert - General Director of Human Resources of Montana Aerospace Industries; Ms. Ho Thi Hoa Hiep - Head of Human Resources Department of UAC Vietnam Company; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tu - Team leader of UAC Vietnam company; Mr. Phan Huu Quoc - Technical Chief of UAC Vietnam Company.
On the side of the University of Technology and Education, there were:Assoc. Prof, Phan Cao Tho -Rector; Dr. Ho Tran Anh Ngoc - Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering; Dr. Bui He Thong - Head of Training Department; Dr. Doan Le Anh - Deputy Head of the Department of Research Management and International Cooperation; MSc. Nguyen Tan Hoa – Head of Student Affairs Department; together with the faculties and a large number of students.

At the meeting, UAC Company leaders highly appreciated the achievements in training and research of students of UTE . At the same time, he expressed his desire to cooperate with the school in training and recruiting engineers for upcoming projects of UAC Company. In addition, UAC Company will cooperate to support equipment for the school in the future.

+ CAM Programming Engineer: Programming CAM for machining on CNC machines;
+ CAD engineer: create 2D and 3D drawings according to customer requirements, review customer documents;
+ Machining and assembly process engineer: builds and supervises mechanical processing and assembly processes;
+ Supervision of operating shifts: managing operating/assembling staff, ensuring quality, quantity and execution time;
+ CNC machine maintenance engineer: responsible for maintaining CNC machines for stable operation and quality;
+ Product management: contact point with customers, update order status, act as a bridge with departments to ensure orders are delivered on time, with quality and quantity;
+ Mechanical processing and assembly quality engineer: analyze and plan product production quality management, resolve customer complaints about quality issues.
