Facility and Main Activities:

• Development and implement the University's annual, short-term and long-term financial plans
• Check and urge the implementation progress of the annual task plan and financial plan of the units to submit the plan to adjust the funding to suit the specific task situation.
• Coordinate with related units to inspect, supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of the development investment capital of the University's programs and projects in accordance with the law.
• Participate in evaluation and supervision of bidding for basic construction works and equipment procurement of the University
• Paying salaries, wages and other regimes for civil servants, officials and employees; pay scholarships and allowances for students according to current regulations; payment and settlement of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, trade union fund.
• Keep track of statistics and pay personal income tax monthly; on behalf of the income receiver, to make final settlement with the state tax agency
