On July 2, 2023, Director of Board of the University of Technology and Education - University of Danang had a working session with Professor. Patrick Fauchere and Professor. Michaud Philippe from Limoges University

At the UTE’s side, there was Dr. Hoang Dung – Vice Rector; and representatives of leaders of departments and faculties.

Opening the first working session, Dr. Hoang Dung welcomed the presence of Professor. Patrick Fauchere and Professor. Michaud Philippe visited and worked at UTE. Dr. Hoang Dung introduced an overview of the outstanding beauty of the University of Technology and  Education (UTE) - University of Danang, expressing his desire to strengthen cooperation in training and scientific research. , guiding the use of long-term goals for steady development together. Dr. Hoang Dung discussed the UTEs major training areas and development cooperation strategies between the two sides.

Prof. Patrick Fauchere presented about Limoges University and some issues about international project and program cooperation.

The two sides discussed about:

- Possibility to participate in the Erasmus+ Mobility for Europe funded project (architecture expected in 2024);

- Ability to participate in exporting projects financially supported by AUF in 2023;

- Continue to develop signed cooperation agreement activities such as: implementing student talent issues between the two schools; exchanging intern students (currently receiving 01 French student to intern at UTE from March 2, 2023); Proposing Limoges University to cover airfare and housing costs for 01 or 02 students from the UTE to intern at a French company;

- Discussing some oriented research for students between the two schools, Limoges University can continue to accept students from the UTE who are qualified to study Master's programs as well as PhD students at Limoges University. .

The work has made it possible to make connections between the two schools, agreeing on the development orientation of cooperation in many fields of training, scientific research, and collaborative projects.
