From 7 to 10 October 2019, the Governing Board of SEAMEO INNOTECH had a meeting in Da Nang. Attending the meeting were Deputy Minister of Education of the Philippines TS. Jesus Lorenzo Ruiz Mateo. Assoc. Prof. Dr. VO Trung Hung chaired the meeting as Chairman of the Board of Directors for a three-year term (2017-2019).
