Speaking at the ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Phan Cao Thọ said: "In addition to the traditional training programs in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications, Control and Automation, in the 2024-2025 academic year, the University of Danang – University of Technology and Education has introduced a new program in Semiconductor Circuit Design, with a projected high enrollment rate and quality of intake. During the implementation of this training program, the university hopes to receive strong support from School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in various tasks, such as academic exchanges between lecturers, participation in teaching advanced topics, and guidance for students..."

Introducing School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Assoc. Prof. Nguyễn Hữu Thanh shared: "The department currently has more than 200 staff members and over 9,000 students across various specialized fields related to Electrical and Electronics Engineering." At the same time, Assoc. Prof. Nguyễn Hữu Thanh stated that the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering is ready to support the University of Danang – University of Technology and Education in developing the Semiconductor Circuit Design program in line with the government's direction.

After the discussions, both parties reached an agreement to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the following main contents: cooperation in the development and growth of training programs and human resources for semiconductor circuit design; joint recruitment, organization, and certification of some semiconductor circuit design training courses; collaboration and connection with reputable global partners, providing some training copyrights on circuit design for the university; exchange of publications, materials, training programs, lectures, and teaching software, and cooperation in scientific research projects; joint organization of conferences and seminars to enhance training and research capacity; sharing networks of experts, investors, and investment funds both domestically and internationally for activities of both parties; promoting and spreading to the community the programs jointly organized by both parties; sharing resources from both sides to implement the activities outlined in the cooperation agreement; School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering will collaborate in training master's degree programs in the fields requested by the University of Danang – University of Technology and Education; and training doctoral-level lecturers at School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering as requested by the University of Danang – University of Technology and Education.
