From June 11 to June 14, 2024, a delegation from the University of Danang – University of Science and Technology participated in a training session under the Dive (Digitalising Vietnamese Education) project – Erasmus+.
The delegation included: Mr. Lê Vũ, M.A. – Director of the Communication and Learning Resources Center; Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Linh, M.A. – Head of the Planning and Finance Department; and Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thanh Nga, M.A. – Specialist at the Department of Research Management and International Cooperation.
Dive (Digital Integration of Vietnamese Higher Education) is a project funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program, with a budget of 794,524 EUR, aimed at supporting Vietnamese universities in developing high-quality digital education as part of the process of modernizing higher education.
As part of the Dive project, the training session was organized with experts from ULB University – Belgium and UNED University – Spain, along with 10 Vietnamese universities, including University of Danang – University of Technology and Education; National Economics University; Can Tho University; Vinh University of Industry; Nha Trang University; Thai Nguyen University; University of Economics and Law – Ho Chi Minh City; Ho Chi Minh City Open University; University of Agriculture and Forestry – Hue University; and Tay Nguyen University.
The training focused on three main objectives: improving the quality of training, digital training skills, and a learner-centered approach for Vietnamese universities; enhancing awareness, connectivity, and the development of a digital culture in Vietnamese higher education; and accompanying and developing a digital training system with Vietnamese universities.
