The overall view of the ATiGB 2024 Conference
The term Green Buildings is understood broadly, covering many areas beyond just construction, transportation, and hydropower works. It also includes green urban areas, industrial zones with green technologies, facilities, energy, and infrastructure integrated into the planning and environment (air, soil, and water). Moreover, to achieve "green and sustainable" development, it is necessary to be "smart" in thinking, ideas, planning, surveying, design, construction, operation, management, and exploitation.
With international standards in quality, scale, and organization, the ATiGB 2024 Conference received 191 papers from 440 authors from various countries worldwide, including Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Indonesia, South Korea, India, and more. After a selection process, 141 papers were accepted, with 90 papers published on IEEE Xplore and 51 papers published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN. ATiGB 2024 is one of the major events organized by the University of Danang - University of Science and Technology to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the University of Danang (1994-2024).
