DIVE Project Executive Board of University of Technology and Education Visits the Information Technology and Digital Resources Center to Expand Project Impacts Across The University of Danang

DA NANG – On August 11, a delegation from the DIVE Project Executive Board representing the University of Technology and Education - The University of Danang, led by Prof. Vo Trung Hung, paid an official working visit to the Information Technology and Digital Resources Center - The University of Danang. The primary objective of this working session was to strategize the implementation and widespread dissemination of the successful outcomes achieved by the DIVE project across The University of Danang and its member universities.

During the meeting, Prof. Vo Trung Hung and the delegation presented a comprehensive overview of the milestones achieved under DIVE (DIgitalising Vietnamese Education). As a three-year initiative supporting a consortium of Vietnamese Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in developing high-quality digital education, DIVE aligns with the broader modernization of higher education promoted by the national government. The project aspires to foster the readiness of HEIs in Vietnam on their path to digital transformation. To achieve this overarching goal, DIVE specifically focuses on raising the capacity of the Vietnamese partner HEIs for digital transformation, accompanying their digital evolution at a strategic level, and enhancing awareness building, networking, and the development of a digital culture in Vietnamese higher education.

The discussions centered on establishing a collaborative framework to effectively integrate the project's deliverables into the university's broader academic and administrative ecosystems. By partnering with the Information Technology and Digital Resources Center, which serves as a central hub for digital infrastructure and learning materials, the DIVE project aims to maximize its reach. The board emphasized that leveraging the Center's centralized network will be instrumental in deploying the project's educational and technological advancements to faculty, researchers, and students throughout all affiliated institutions. The working session concluded with a strong mutual commitment to fostering closer cooperation in the upcoming deployment phases, marking a significant step in scaling the impacts of the DIVE project and ultimately contributing to the comprehensive digital transformation goals of The University of Danang.
